Who we are

CRESCON CAPITAL a.s. was established as a family business with the aim of valuing family assets. At the same time, however, we are open to a strategic partnership with equity financing. We focus on investments in diversified residential and commercial development projects, which bring interesting investment opportunities and which are developed by the development company CRESCON, which has been operating on the market since 2008.
